Tumpat district
In State of Kelantan, Malaysia.
The town is situated at the end of the East Coast Line train line operated by
Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) which links Kelantan to the western part of
Peninsular Malaysia. This strategic location makes it the transportation hub of
Kelantan

KTMB Tumpat Railway Station in the far north-east of Malaysia in
the state of Kelantan.
Tumpat station is 527 km from junction at Gemas.
Cross border services once existed to Sungai Kolok on the Thai border, however
the connecting line from the junction at Pasir Mas has been out of mauntanence
for years.

This station is also the last station of northern terminus of KTM's East
Coast Line.
