The founder of Genting Berhad, Lim Goh Tong from Fujian, China migrated to
Malaysia in his early age. Looking at his great effort in developing Genting
Highlands into a tourist area, Malaysia's first Prime Minister, Tunku Abdul
Rahman was touched and give him the one and only license to operate casino
in Malaysia on April 28, 1969.
Theme Park Hotel is located at the main entrance to Genting outdoor theme
park. The two restaurant at its ground floor are :
