斗湖客家公會麒麟團
舞麒麟是客家傳統習俗，和舞龍舞獅一樣，逢有節慶起舞，吉祥生瑞。西馬不多見的舞麒麟，在沙巴卻頗為普遍。斗湖客家公會麒麟團在華人農曆新年年初一至十五元宵出動麒麟向各界拜年賀歲，有意在新年期間吊青取個好採頭者可聯絡:

Chinese Unicorn
A mythical hooved Chinese chimerical creature known throughout various East
Asian cultures, and is said to appear in conjunction with the arrival of a sage.
It is a good omen that brings rui (Chinese: 瑞; pinyin: ruì; roughly translated
as "serenity" or "prosperity").
It is often depicted with what looks like fire all over its body. It is
sometimes misleadingly called the "Chinese unicorn" due to conflation with the
unicorn by Westerners.
