Bandar Sri Indah Phase 1  residential has two big family parks with basketball court, children's playground, and futsal court. In the Esplanade area, gazebos and jogging tracks have been built along a stream.

This RM2.5 billion project is the biggest township in Sabah. An area of 1,368 acres of former oil palm plantation. The township project started in 2004 and is currently into Phase 5.  Bandar Sri Indah is projected to develop into the largest business and residential hub in Tawau.

Bandar Sri Indah is 16km from Tawau old town centre. 10 to 15 minutes' drive from Tawau Airport.
