Residential Colleges

Accommodation

The accommodation consists of terraced houses and apartments. Residential blocks called "Kampung" i.e. A, B, C, D and E are within the University campus. There are also four halls of residence outside the University campus and are within driving distance. Every hall of residence has a warden appointed from among the staff members and rooms are modestly furnished.

The University has also provides facilities such as
Library,
IT services,
laboratory,
hostels and
other amenities.

Residential Colleges

Students are offered a very supportive atmosphere while studying at UMS. The halls of residence provide a clean, comfortable and affordable environment in which to pursue studies and extracurricular activities.

The accommodation consists of
a) terraced houses and
b) apartments.

1) Inside University campus : 'Kampung' AB, CD and E within the University campus.

2) Outside University campus : Kolej Kediaman Indah Permai and Kolej Kediaman Kingfisher. Each apartment/house is modestly furnished.

Kingfisher Residential College	600 students	Boarding rooms, Cafeteria, Discussion rooms, Prayer Rooms for Male/Female students, and JAKMAS Operation Room.
Indah Permai Residential College	1,700 students	Boarding rooms, Cafeteria, Discussion rooms, Prayer Rooms for Male/Female students, and JAKMAS Operation Room.

Kingfisher Park

Kingfisher Park is the nearest housing accommodation sited about 2KM (around 3 minutes) from UMS. A sprawling suburb that has it's own little commercial center. There is a huge variety including Chinese, Indian, Malay and western foods inside of the commercial center and is probably the best place you can stay outside of UMS.

Wong Kwok Company recently launched the University Apartments as an alternative to Kingfisher Park.
