HOW TO COLLECT YOUR WESTERN UNION MONEY FROM PUBLIC BANK AT TAWAU
Have all your West Bank money transfer detail ready when going to the bank.
1) Upon arrival at the bank, get a que number. Press the D button (Remittance).
2) When your number is called, mention you want to collect your money. The counter will give you a form to fill in.
4) You will be asked to produce your original IC.
4) The staff usually made a photo copy of your IC. So if you have a copy ready this will give the staff an convinience.
5) You will be asked to verify your identity by pressing the Thumb Verification device.
