12:58PM By noon we reach Wuzhou where we have lunch before proceeding to Dragon Mother Temple.

The restaurant, I forgotten the name, has a good view  of Xi River at the balcony to the toilet. (see photo above). Wuzhou  is at the confluence of  2 rivers : 1) the Gui River 桂江and  2) the Xun River 潯江 where they form the Xi River 西江that flows through Wuzhou.

In front the restaurant is an interesting Pedestrian Street (photo below). Clean, not crowded with many interesting products to see and buy.

We came back to this same restaurant for dinner at 7:00PM. We came early at 6:00PM so as to have an hour to stroll up and down this street and buy things. Our group bought about 10 bags from a same bag shop of an old man who gave us special low happy prices. Yin's new school bag which she will be using for 2011 school opening is also bought here.

Among the many curious things for sales in this street is a Snake Wine shop with a whole shop displaying big and small grass jars of different win with different species and sizes of snakes and lizards.
