RAIL - How to travel by rail from Changi Airport to Johor Bahru:

From Singapore to Malaysia by subway and train:

There is no direct rail from airport to checkpoint. You need to take rail and bus.

1- From Changi Airport  take the MRT (underground rail) from MRT Station (CG2) to Woodland Interchange. 

2- From Woodland Interchange take a bus to Woodland Checkpoint where you took the train across the border to Malaysia.

BUS - How to travel by train from Singapore Woodlands Station to Johor Bahru:

From Singapore to Malaysia by train:

1- Catch one of the new shuttle trains (Shuttle Tebrau) at Woodlands Station over the strait  to Johor Bahru Sentral.

2- Once arrive at JB Sentral Train Station, you can then continue your journey to all part of Malaysia by KTMB Intercity Train from there.

You will be both stamped out of Singapore and stamped in to Malaysia at Woodlands Station before boarding your train.
