郁郁葱葱的沙巴热带雨林是世界上最原始的雨林之一

雨林里面有无数珍奇
The undergrowth of the forest and the trunks and boughs of trees comprise a bewildering number of species of fungi and lichens and other grasses, herbs and shrubs.

原始森林茂密，自然风光旖旎
The roar from the cascading waters drowned out the incessant screeches of the cicadas and other insects as well as the haunting croaks of the forest frogs.

Following a northerly direction the trail skirts along the western banks of Sungei Tawau till the 1.7 kilometer mark.

The left branch paves the way for another 800 meters to the waterfall. After fording the Tawau River and thereafter taking a short ascent up the foothills of Bukit Gelas........there the treasure is.

The Bukit Gelas Waterfall trail starts near the jungle lodges.

2.5 Km from Tawau Hills Park Head Quarter. About 1 hour walk on mountain trial.
