在新的一年裡，心靈大掃除將是最有效的更新，掃塵除垢，將不良的習慣、將污染心靈的習氣做一次大掃除，清洗一番。 “更新”須從自己做起，能改革自己才有能力改革社會。

When facing a new trend of environment, when facing the challenges of new technology; we must adjust our life style with new thinking, new taste of life and expand our horizons in life.

Life is like an echo of the valley between what you cry out. You hear what you shouted, you harvest what you have planted, and you get what you paid for.

In your heart accumulate the seeds of blessing and plant the flowers of blessing.

Let your mind like the vast ocean that accommodate hundreds of rivers, like the earth giving equally to human being, like the sun shines selflessly, like the wind and rain that have righteous and love.
