Misumena sp ABAKA Female

This genus of crab spider family has the ability to change its color from white to yellow in order to camouflage among flowers.

The female is the one most often seen in either yellow or white, depending on where she is, with red streaks on her abdomen.

Female spider make shelter by folding a leaf over with the silk fastening the curved leave in position. See image at left.
