TUA PEK KONG TEMPLE
200+ years old
Tua Pek Kong Temple have 200 over years history and is one of the oldest Chinese temples in Sarawak. The other 200 over years old temple is Ching San Yen Temple.
Tua Pek Kong Temple is in Kuching City Center while Ching San Yen Temple is at Sarawak River mouth 30 miles from Kuching City. Both under the management of Teo Chew Association and Hock Kien Association respectively.
Three well known and popular Chinese Temples in old town Kuching (not including those outside Kuching town center). All three are Thaoist Temples (not Buddhist Temples):
1- Hiang Thian Siang Ti Temple 古晉玄天上帝廟
2- Fung Shan Temple 古晉鳳山寺
3- Tus Pek Kong Temple 古晉大伯公廟

Ching San Yen Temple, Kuching 古晋青山巖
200+ years old
Both Ching San Yen Temple and Tua Pek Kong Temple have 200 over years history and are oldest Chinese temples in Sarawaks. Both temples are under the management of the Hock Kien Association of Kuching.

Outside of old town Kuching center, this Lim Fah San Monastery has the most popular Chinese Temple, a Taoist Temple and not a Buddhist Temple.

Moral Society
古晉 德敎會

Not a "religion" but a type of new Chinese religious community. That is what they call themselves 'Society'. They bow their heads in front of 5 idols: Confucius, Louzi, Buddha, Jesus and Prophet Mohammad. The Chinese academy classified Moral Society under "華人民間信仰Oversea Chinese folk beliefs"
Moral Society was found in Malaysia by Malaysian Chinese. With ambitious aims of uniting the divided Chinese communities of different religions into one communities with just one religion. A similarity to the Baha'is who also with ambitious aims of uniting the divided world citizens of different religions into One World One Religion.

Temple of Queen of Heaven
古晉 天后宮
Hundreds of tourists passed by the Carpenter Street of Kuching without knowing there is such Queen of Heaven above beside their heads. Yes, this Temple of Heaven is at the third floor.

If you didn't notice this colorful temple while walking the Carpenter Street of Kuching, you are most probably a sightseeing-blind.
