This is how it when I spotted this female spider, waving the front two pair of legs at me and my camera.
I was one meter distance away from it, at it reacted to me one meter away. This indicate that this spider can scan a big object approaching at least a meter away.

Road to Merotai Prawn Farm

The tree where a group of about 10 Phrynarachne ceylonica 錫蘭瘤蟹蛛 residing.

The car track is leading to the house of a prawn farm owner in Sabah. The house is about 100 meters ahead and the prawn farm is 50 meter from the left of above photo.

The prawn farm was previously swam area to the sea. The farm is about the size of 3 football fields with 10 prawn ponds.
